Slices of rustic palombo
Instructions
Drain the tomatoes in olive oil and cut them into thin battens.
Cut the same way also the chilies and basil leaves.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Prepare the countertop 4 aluminum foil which can contain fish slices and pour on each a drop of oil.
Posatevi the steaks, seasoned with vinegar and still very little oil, add salt and sprinkle with tomatoes, peppers and basil.
Close the wrappers so that at the top are not in contact with the fish.
Passed in oven and cook for 15 minutes.
TogIiete from the oven, drain the liquid inside and served (if you want to without deleting the paperbag) along with a fresh tomato sauce.

- 4 slices of p2
- 8 tomatoes in olive oil
- 2 not-too-spicy chillies
- 1 sprig of basil
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
