Salmon steaks with dill sauce
Instructions
Salt and pepper the steaks then sprinkled with lemon and turn them into the oil.
Let stand covered for 1 hour.
Wash dill, remove the stem and finely chop.
Dissolve sugar in vinegar and add mustard and sour cream.
Beat and add little by little the oil until you have a consistent sauce.
Combine the dill.
Put the steaks on greased Grill and cook on both sides for 4-5 minutes.
Serve the sauce separately.
Accompany with white rice or bread, spinach or salad plate.
Tips for grilling: freshwater fish: wrap char, whitefish, trout and perch in alu paper before putting them on the grill; saltwater fish: fish and grill must be clearly anointed.
Grill to moderate flame.
Can also coat the grill with alu.

- 8 salmon slices of 3 cm thick, with skin
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon juice
- 1 bunch of dill
- 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of thomy mustard
- 3 tablespoons of sour cream
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
