Trenette with apples
Instructions
Let dry chopped onion in butter, add the Apple peeled and cut into cubes, sprinkle with the brandy, sprinkle with flour, mashed potatoes, pour in the milk and cook for 5 minutes, then add the parmesan and let thicken.
Cook the trenette al dente in salted water, seasoning them with the prepared sauce and serve.
