Alla trevisana scamorza
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, oil it and place the slices of cheese, salt and pepper.
Clean the lettuce, leaving core and dividing heads in half.
Cook on grill or in a frying pan slightly greased with oil.
Put in preheated oven baking tray near the grill function until the cheese begins to melt.
Arrange on a plate the trevisana dressed with oil and cheese slices, sprinkle with pepper and serve.

- 8 small tufts of trevisana
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 8 slices of scamorza
