Baked Mullet (Triglia al Cartoccio)
Instructions
Roll out a sheet of aluminum foil on the table and lean fish.
Salt, pepatelo, insert a sprig of Rosemary; innaffiatelo thoroughly with oil and lemon juice whisked together, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Close the foil, place it on a baking sheet and put it in a hot oven.
The cooking time is on average 15 minutes per pound.
Accompanying wines: Alto Adige Pinot Bianco DOC, Montecarlo Bianco DOC, Chardonnay DOC Castel Del Monte.
