Instructions

Salt the fish clean them, dip in flour and FRY in plenty of oil quickly.

Then place them in a baking dish, combine chopped tomatoes, garlic, thyme and chopped Basil.

Put between a mullet and the other 1/2 slice of lemon and bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Serve immediately.
