Vernaccia mullets
Instructions
Wash, clean accurately the squamate mullets.
You warm bright focus oil in pan and add the fish to cook.
After a couple of minutes, lower the heat.
Mix the breadcrumbs with grated lemon zest and pour this mixture over the mullet covering them as much as possible.
After another couple of minutes add the Vernaccia and continue baking at moderate heat for about 10 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and serve hot.

- 1200 g of mullet (fish from 150 g each)
- 30 g of breadcrumbs
- 1 lemon
- 2 cups of vernaccia di oristano
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
