Put the ice, sugar syrup, brandy, lemon, angostura and maraschino in a shaker and shake well.

Rub the rim of the glass with a slice of Orange and dip immediately into sugar because it will stick.

Pour the cocktail into the glass so prepared and decorate with orange peel spiral cut.
