Beef tripe
Instructions
Having clean, put the tripe in a pot and add enough water to cover all.
bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and cook for 30 minutes.
Let cool and cut tripe into strips.
In a pan to blow up the onion and celery in vegetable oil.
Add salt, pepper, starch and broth, then add the vinegar.
Pour the sauce over the tripe.
Garnish with leek and sprinkle with the sesame oil.

- 250 g of beef tripe
