Trofie in white
Instructions
In a pan, melt the butter over low heat and add the gorgonzola (deprived of crust) diced stirring carefully, taking care not to make lumps.
Next, add pears cut into smaller cubes that you previously rinsed and peeled and let them flavor to the rest.
Then, pour the cream and stirring continue cooking for another 5-6 minutes and finally lightly salted.
Meanwhile, boil the trofie in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and pour into the Pan saltandole with much delicacy for some minutes.
Serve hot immediately.

- 400 g of type pasta trofie
- 300 g of creamy gorgonzola cheese
- 40 g of butter
- 10 cl of liquid cream
- 300 g of pears kaiser
- Salt
