Instructions
Boil chestnuts, as described in the recipe specifies, sbucciateli and then reduce it in mashed.
Melt the chopped chocolate in a double boiler, add a tablespoon of water, then stir butter and let melt well too, so it will bond with the chocolate.
Keep the mixture warm in water bath out of the fire.
Mix the brown sugar, then add the melted chocolate and mix carefully.
Grease with a little almond oil a sheet of aluminum paper, rovesciatevi over the mixture and let it roll on the paper by lifting it from all sides.
Formed a big cylinder that richiuderete in aluminium; put it in the fridge for a few hours.
When serving, practiced on the stub lines with a fork and spolverizzatelo with icing sugar.

- 750 g of big brown
- 125 g of chocolate
- 125 g of sugar
- 150 g of butter
- Icing sugar
- Sweet almond oil
