Tronchetto with marmalade
Instructions
In a bowl whisk the egg yolks with sugar and when will whites, add the flour and a pinch of salt.
Whip egg whites until foamy and add them to the previous mixture stirring well until it becomes a thick paste.
Roll out on a baking tray is not very high, a buttered aluminum foil.
Above it lay the dough and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
Then cover it with the jam and roll it up leaving it in aluminum.
Bake for a few minutes and then sprinkle the surface with sugar.
