Stuffed trout with almonds and yoghurt
Instructions
Trout, wash clean.
With almonds, yoghurt, juice of two lemons and a bit of cumin, salt and pepper, then a compound and riempitene the trout.
Oil, grease a baking sheet, sprinkle the fish, brush with a little oil and cook in the oven for half an hour.
Meanwhile prepare the sauce: stir the almonds in a saucepan with the wine, yoghurt, salt and pepper; simmer for ten minutes.
Finish before serving with the pepper into strips.
Place the trout on the serving dish, cover with the sauce and serve.

- 2 salmon trout
- 100 g of almonds
- 2 lemons
- 15 cl of yoghurt
