Instructions

Chop the herbs and place them in a bowl with oil, salt and pepper.

Macerate the herbs for at least 2 hours.

Clean the trout and sprinkle, internally and externally, with herb sauce.

Bake in hot oven at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes.
