Instructions

Clean the trout, introduce the Sage, salt and pepper.

Wrap in prosciutto slices.

Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into slices, place them in a baking dish and coat with salt, pepper, Sage and a little oil.

Arrange trout, cover with 25 cl of water and bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
