Instructions
Clean the fish, season with salt and pepper and place them in a buttered baking dish widely, add the lemon juice, a bit of parsley and chives, chopped and put in hot oven for about 10 minutes.
Please warm up the cream, pour over fish, sprinkle with almonds, peeled, cut into fillets and slightly imbiondite in the oven and cook for about 10 minutes before serving.

- 150 g of cream
- 150 g of peeled almonds
