Find almond
Instructions
Find 4 empty, wash them inside and out, dry them and remove the fins, season with salt, flour them thoroughly and shake them well to remove excess flour.
Let foam 70 g of butter in a large skillet and cook the find to open flame, 5 minutes per side.
Move the find in a hot dish.
To skim 30 g butter 50 g dorarvi and peeled almonds and chop finely.
Pour the almonds on the find and serve.
