Scented tubettoni
Instructions
Oil Brown chopped onion and diced ham butt.
Combine peas, 1 cup of water and cover.
Aside from Brown the mushrooms with garlic and a bit of oil.
When cooked, sprinkle the peas with the wine, add the mushrooms, pasta boiled and diced mozzarella.
Pepper, stir and serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of type pasta tubes
- 150 g of ham butt (end of ham)
- 400 g of mozzarella
- 200 g of frozen peas
- 300 g of mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 glass white wine
