Instructions
Prepare a syrup by cooking sugar with two glasses of water, lemon zest and vanilla for about ten minutes.
Wash and Peel apples and deprive of the core, then cook in the syrup for 10 minutes, making sure that they do not become too soft.
Drain, let thicken and farcitele with chopped mixed nuts to half the cream.
Arrange apples in individual bowls, sprinkle with baking syrup and cover with the remaining cream.

- 4 delicious apples
- 400 g of sugar
- 200 g of whipped
- 50 g of walnut kernels
- 50 g of almond
- 50 g of hazelnuts
- Lemon zest
- 1 piece of vanilla
