Instructions
Typical Greek sauce.
Take cucumbers, rinse thoroughly, let them in large pieces and place them in robots.
Chop for half a minute, then put the mixture in a fine mesh strainer for about ten minutes, you lose a little liquid.
Pour into a bowl, combine the yogurt, garlic well chopped, olive oil and Mint.
Refrigerate and serve cold.

- 4 green cucumbers
- 1500 g of whole yoghurt
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2/3 cup of olive oil
- 1 pinch of fennel
- 3 leaves of mint
