In a saucepan bring to a boil the vinegar with salt water and two tablespoons of white vinegar (avoid that red because color uncomfortably the egg white).
In a bowl of unshelled eggs to check its freshness and then tuffatele in the water to a boil.
Retire after 3-4 minutes with the paddle with holes.
Adjust the suture lines of egg white.
If you need to bake several eggs in one container, make sure that they do not overlap.
