Anchovy Butter eggs
Instructions
In a saucepan melt 40 g saucepan, heat the butter and slices of bread after being deprived of crust.
Mix 30 g of butter with a little anchovy paste and spread the mixture onto the slices of toast.
Fry the eggs with the remaining butter, salted egg, just retire with perforated scoop and place on their respective slices of bread.
Garnish with anchovy fillets and serve very hot.

- 4 eggs
- 100 g of butter
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 4 slices of bread
- Anchovy paste
- Salt
