Instructions

In a baking dish or in a stainless steel container melt moderate focus a butter and let slip the eggs, one at a time, after being shelled in a plate to check its freshness.

Adjust salt and pepper.

Bake, moderate heat for 5-6 minutes without stirring.

In this way you will get eggs with the egg white and yolk perfectly fluid congealed and soft.

The eggs can also be cooked over direct flame, but they manage better with the method suggested above.
