In a pan heat the oil and butter and Bacon saucepan, cut into strips.
Then sgusciatevi an egg at a time, add salt and pepper.
Using a wooden spoon, try to cover the yolk with egg white.
Collect the eggs with the scoop, arrange on a serving dish, contornatele with the drained Bacon and serve with grilled tomatoes.
