Greek egg
Instructions
Remove the green part of leeks and cut the white part.
Heat in salted water for 3 minutes.
Put the onions in a pan, peeled, white wine, olive oil, water, salt, a bay leaf, pepper and tomato paste.
Simmer for 45 minutes.
Boiled in a pint of water, 3 tablespoons vinegar and broken eggs one at a time; Let the egg white becomes hard then remove the entire egg with the ladle.
Arrange on a platter and leeks over eggs; cover everything with the sauce that you prepared earlier and sprinkle with a little paprika.
