Rainbow eggs
Instructions
Hard boil the eggs and then Peel after having passed under cold water because the shell will come off more easily.
Divide them in two lengthwise.
Meanwhile scalded a pepper on fire and spellatelo, then frullatelo; puree the carrots and peas that have boiled separately.
Work the yolks of hard-boiled eggs with milk and divide the mixture thus obtained into 6 bowls.
Add the peppers, the second the peas with the chopped basil, the third the carrots with chopped parsley, oregano and chives fourth, fifth cream and salmon ROE, and the sixth the paprika.
With these compounds stuffed half-boiled eggs and serve with various colors by drawing a beautiful Rainbow.

- 50 g of fresh peeled peas
- 6 eggs
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 red pepper
