Eggs with asparagus
Instructions
Clean the asparagus, wash them thoroughly.
In a high and narrow pot, bring to a boil salted water and plunge asparagus leaving tips out.
Boil them for a quarter of an hour then drain them and put them in a serving dish with the tips pointing toward the Center.
Apart from Cook eggs, place butter on asparagus, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.

- 1000 g of asparagus
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of parmigiano
- 80 g of butter
- Salt
