Eggs with turkish mint
Instructions
Beat the yoghurt in a bowl, add the lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt and dried mint.
Continue to work the ingredients for a few minutes, then pour the mixture into four bowls.
Meanwhile on the fire place a saucepan with about half a litre lightly salted water and bring it to a boil.
Break one egg at a time into a small ladle and immerse it in boiling water, so that the eggs can cook for four minutes.
Just the poached eggs are cooked, place, gradually, the yoghurt in the bowls.
Do warm up a little oil in a pan, a very low fire; Add a pinch of paprika, reshot thoroughly with a wooden spoon and pour in equal parts on the eggs.

- 4 eggs
- 250 g of yoghurt
- 1 clove of crushed garlic
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 3 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 pinch of paprika
