Cut four slices of a certain thickness from the polenta roll ready.
Let them Brown in butter, drain them, place them in a buttered ovenproof dish well and, above all, shelled an egg.
Add salt, sprinkle with butter flakes and bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees until the egg white has softly curdled.
Serve in the same pan.
