Contests with sage
Instructions
Clean the contests, wash them, dry them.
Keep them soaked in milk, dry and then lightly sprinkle with flour.
In a pan heat four tablespoons of olive oil and a knob of butter, let Cook 6 fresh Sage leaves, lay the contests and cook 7 minutes per side.
Sprinkle the pretzels only at the last moment.
Dry them on absorbent kitchen paper.
Serve hot.
