Eggs with vegetables
Instructions
Boil all vegetables; cut the eggs in half and remove yolks.
Put the peas in a dish and add the vegetables cut into cubes; reduce, half of this mixture, purée and mix with the yolks, season with oil, salt and pepper.
Stuffed egg whites with the mixture and place them in a tray with remaining vegetables around.
Cover the whole thing with mayonnaise and seasoned with olive oil and pepper.

- 4 hardboiled eggs
- 100 g of carrots
- 100 g of peas
- 1 leek
- 1 potato
- 1 lettuce salad
- Mayonnaise
- 1 courgette
- Salt
- Pepper
