Eggs in pink sauce
Instructions
Prepare a white sauce with flour, milk, butter and ketchup.
Arrange the slices of bread on a baking tray and place on each slice an egg poached.
Pour the béchamel sauce, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and go under the grill in the oven for about 5 minutes.

- 4 eggs
- 4 slices toasted of bread
- 30 g of butter
- 25 cl of milk
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup sauce
- Grated parmesan cheese
