Eggs baked with fontina
Instructions
Grease a baking dish, place at the bottom of the slices of bread before passed quickly in milk, cover with thin slices of fontina cheese and sprinkle butter flakes.
Put in the oven and, when the bread is golden and the fontina cheese cooked, remove the baking dish from the oven, break the eggs, cover each egg with thin slices of fontina and go back in the oven, until the White is congealing the fontina on egg yolk dissolved.

- 6 eggs
- 1/2 sliced bread
- Some flakes of butter
- Milk
- 200 g of fontina cheese
