Brandy julep
Instructions
Put mint leaves in old-fashioned glass and press the buds with smugler or pestle.
Delete then the fluff of leaflets and merge the essence sugar syrup.
Add the brandy (possibly) and ice, not chopped too fine, stirring quickly with the bar.
Garnish with 1 bud of Mint.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 6 leaflets of fresh pennyroyal
- 3 teaspoons of sugar syrup
- 40 g of stock 84 brandy
- To decorate:
- 1 bud of mint
