Aunt's embroidered eggs
Instructions
Divide the eggs lengthwise, remove the 5 egg yolks and 4 chiacciatene.
Mix mayonnaise and anchovy paste.
Blend tuna, mayonnaise and crushed egg yolks.
Put the mixture into a syringe for cakes with embroidered wand.
Fill the egg whites with the mixture.
Arrange on serving dish and embroidered stuffed eggs and supplemented with triangles of buttered bread and sprinkling them with egg yolk.
Complete gasket with some red salad leaf and interrupt the yellow with a few capers.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 5 hardboiled eggs
- 150 g of tuna
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- 10 g of anchovy paste
- 1 tablespoon of anchovy paste
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- For garnishing:
- Some leaves of red salad
- Some of capers
- 2 slices of bread
- 20 g of butter
