Boiled egg Curry (2)
Instructions
Made with butter, flour and milk a béchamel sauce not too dense.
Pick it up from the heat and add the curry and a pinch of salt.
Hard boil the eggs, Peel and cut them in half lengthwise.
Remove the yolks, mash, mix them with two tablespoons of bechamel sauce and stuffed the egg whites.
Place in a buttered baking dish, cover with the remaining bechamel, grated cheese and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees.

- 1 tablespoon of grated cheese
- Bechamel
