Baked Eggs (Uova Sode al Forno)
Instructions
Firm eggs, open them in half and chop the yolks with cooked ham, combine the parsley, breadcrumbs softened in the cream, salt and pepper.
Fill half-eggs, place them in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and butter flakes.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
