Boiled eggs with walnuts
Instructions
Make firm eggs for 8 minutes and, after being held for a long time in cold water, Peel.
Cut them in half lengthwise, remove the yolks and collect them in a bowl.
Mash with the prongs of a fork, add the anchovy paste, butter left before soften at room temperature, a little lemon juice and two finely chopped nuts walnuts and mix thoroughly to obtain a soft compound.
