Boiled eggs with hat
Instructions
Boil the eggs and Peel.
Cut in strips salad, dress with oil, vinegar and salt and arrange on a serving dish.
Cut off the base of each egg so they stay straight and arrange on salad.
Cut the tomatoes, remove the seeds and place it as a hat on the eggs.
Cut the remaining tomatoes into slices and garnish the dish all around.
Served with caper mayonnaise.

- 8 eggs
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 bunch of chicory salad
- 1 bunch of arugula salad
- Caper mayonnaise
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Salt
