Boiled Eggs with Salmon (Uova Sode con Il Salmone)
Instructions
Hard boil the eggs, Peel, cut them in half lengthwise.
Remove the yolks, place them in a blender with chopped salmon, cream, a pinch of salt, a pepper and blend until a thick cream.
With this fill the egg whites to form a canopy.
On a serving platter arrange to fan the lettuce leaves and above each have two and two half eggs.
Serve.

- 4 eggs
- 150 g of smoked salmon
- 3 tablespoons of cream
