Instructions
Cut off the top and scoop out oranges with a sharp knife without breaking the skin.
Remove seeds and pulp from the skin and cut it into cubes.
Wash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces.
In a bowl mix the strawberries with the pulp of oranges, add the kirsch and sugar.
Stir and let stand for 30 minutes.
Fill the hollowed-out oranges with fruit and decorate with whipped cream just before serving.

- 4 large oranges
- 200 g of strawberries
- 2 cups of kirsch
- 70 g of sugar
- Whipped cream sweetened
