Brandy punch
Instructions
In a skillet Brown the meat well on all sides.
Get it out from the Pan and put it in a baking dish, add salt and pepper.
Bleed the lemon peel and cut into slices.
Rinse and chop the capers.
Combine the meat, milk, lemon, capers and put in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Turn off the oven and leave the roast for another 10 minutes.
