Instructions

Melt the butter, add the tomatoes peeled, deprived of seeds and sliced; Add salt, pepper and cook until the tomatoes are scanty.

Remove the Pan from the heat, add the eggs and mix.

Let Cook until eggs have curdled.

Pappa as simple as it is delicious and very good with the bread.
