Rinse the beans under running water.
Let them warm up 10 minutes in a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil and the onion cut into very thin rings, add the beaten eggs and season with salt and pepper, strapazzandole with the prongs of the fork.
Just the eggs become creamy, withdrawn and serve immediately.
