Scrambled eggs in salsa agra
Instructions
Melt the butter in a pan, add the chopped onion and let it Brown.
Beat the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper, add the vinegar, yoghurt, parsley and pour it into the pan with the onion.
Stir quickly with a fork until the eggs are slightly curdled.
Split the scrambled eggs on top of 4 slices of bread, brown butter, and serve immediately.

- 2 cl of balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 6 eggs
- 40 g of butter
- 400 g of bread
- Parsley
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 4 cl of nonfat yogurt
- 1 cipollina
