Grapes in alcohol (2)
Instructions
Take 300 g of white grapes, separated from the beans and put them in a glass container crushing them well with your hands.
Cover and let rest 1 g.
Strain the juice wring grains.
The remaining grapes off the berries with the petioles, clean them with a damp cloth and punzecchiarli with a needle.
Put them in a jar with alternating white grapes, black grapes and Muscat of Alexandria.
Boil water and sugar for 5 minutes, add grape juice and let go for 10 minutes.
Allow to cool, then add the alcohol, mix and pour into the jar to cover.

- 700 g of white grapes
- 500 g of black grapes
- 100 g of muscat of alexandria grapes dry
- 250 g of sugar
- 100 G = = water
- 30 cl of alcohol
