Epiphany veloute
Instructions
Mix the cream of rice with broth and obtained a batter, letting it fall into the broth and cook for 20 minutes.
Beat egg yolks, add the chicken breast boiled and diced, chopped butter, parmesan, cream, cream of rice and mix.
Serve hot with croutons.
