Peel vegetables and cut them into cubes Brown them slightly, along with peas, butter on sweet fire, putting into the pot before the tougher vegetables.
Add salt and pepper, cover with milk and raise the flame.
Cook gently, stirring occasionally.
Finally, sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan.
