Saffron vegetables
Instructions
Peel and wash the potatoes, place them in a large saucepan along with the peeled onions.
Add the peas to vegetables, salted, spiced with saffron, sprinkled with lemon juice and cover with cold water.
Cook 30 minutes on low heat, covered, stirring occasionally.
When cooked the water must have been completely absorbed leaving a tasty and colorful.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of new potatoes
- 500 g of fresh onions
- 600 g of peas
- Salt
- 1 sachet of saffron
- 1 lemon (juice)
