Vermicelli bacon
Instructions
The more finely chopped the bacon and fry it slightly in a pan with oil, garlic and Capsicum into pieces, while the vermicelli cooked in lightly salted water.
Drain the vermicelli noodles al dente, pour over the sauce and chopped parsley and reshot before serving.

- 400 g of vermicelli type noodles
- 150 g of lard
- 5 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 spicy chili
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
